SmartStart 7.0 will not load

SmartStart 7.0 only loads a white background and the HP SmartStart logo and nothing else on my DL380. Why?

Hello Tony,
Which generation DL380 do you have because if it's a generation one then SS7.0 is not going to work.

It is a G3. I had 6.10 that I tried and it does the same thing.

I moved the box off the kbm switch to a monitor and that fixed my problem.
