SmartStart 8.70 language / locale selection

Hi,

 

I'm installing servers (Windows Server 2008 R2 64Bit) using SmartStart 8.70.

 

At the language / keyboard selection screen I am only given the option of English (US).

 

Is there any way of using English (UK) and the British keyboard layout?

 

Going through all of the servers to change the default language, locales and keyboard layouts is tedious to say the least.
