SmartStart CD Update

Hello

On a Proliant DL360 G6, when I try to put two update of SmartCD, after a reboot, I got this windows error :
STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFFF88001144114,0xFFFFF880009B3548,0xFFFFF880009B2DA0)
WDFLDR.SYS -- Address FFFFF88001144114 base at FFFFF8800113A000,DateStamp 4a5bc11a

The first install was with smartStart CD 8.30. I could install with no problem 8.40. But today I installed 8.50 with no errors, and at reboot, I gout this error.

I already had this error after updating bios and installing 8.40. The solution was to completly reinstall from scratch. But I don't want to do this this time.

Does somebody have some information or clue to resolve this blue screen ?

had the same error, issue was ILO2 driver. PSP 8.50 has a fix for it or version 1.80 or earlier didnt have the bug.

Thank you for your information.

But no, this is not a problem with the ILO Driver and I'm not having the same problem has your other post. I found it and tried disabling C3 cache, but doesn't help.

I called HP support, and we tried the last known good configuration. It worked (for the first time for me !) And after that I realized that the problem was again with the f!!!!ng network. I lost my team. I had to disable it to reinstall it later.

I really don't know how people install new release of ServicePack CD. But I have many times problem with network driver and the team software.
