SmartStart Freezes during system partition creation

I'm setting up a DL 360 with SmartStart 4.80 (also tried with 4.90) and I have the following problem: after setting up the Smart array (a 9.1 Gb RAID 1 array), the server hangs during system partition files copy: it remains still during a few minutes - after the third progress bar I think - and then asks me to put a CD in the CD drive. There is no disk activity, the CD spins but its drawer won't open. I know that my SmartStart disks are ok. Anyone, help ?

This is a known problem. There is a firmware upgrade for the CD drives which fixes this. Sorry don't have more details to hand.
