SmartStart does not start

SmartStart does not start

The server does not "see" the SmartStart CD upon start up.
Nowhere in the provided documentation (or online documentation for that matter) does it have any troubleshooting suggestions for this problem.
Is there a BIOS setting that could be effecting this. Is there a bootdisk that I could create to start the SmartStart process? Please help.

Hello ABCDEFG,
Please check u r cabling inside the server. U dont need any bios update or any spl software to get the smart start process going. When u boot with a Smart Start CD the process starts automatically. If u need further assistance please contact our Tech Support at 1-800-OK-COMPAQ.
