Re: SmartStart interrupted

Lenn, please add more details:
server type, OS, SmartStart version ?
Did you have last ROMpaq for server and SmartArray controller?

For example, you can get this error when trying to install windows 2003 x64 edition with assisted SmartStart installation instead manual.

Re: SmartStart interrupted

This is my first 2003 x64 installation and I tried to install as usual.
My software versions is:
Smartstart version 7.30, Win2003Std Ed x64
I├В┬┤ve just installed from CD:s and no updates has been done.
However, at last I succeeded with installation whith Windows 2003 CD. Updates has been installed for hardware and operating system and everythimg is working fine.

Re: SmartStart interrupted

Windows 2003 x64 Edition is supported by SmartStart 7.40. The whitepaper says SmartStart is not support but it was written before SmartStart 7.40 was released.
