SmartStart version

How can I determine the SmartStart version running on a server without taking it down?

DO you mean the support pack the smartstart installed??
Here are some ways.

System management Home page from http://localhost:2301
In the control panel open up HP/Compaq Management and the title of the window tells you the version
And I believe the survey.txt also lists the version.
There’s your problem!!! This thing is set to EVIL!
