Smartstart 7.20 diagnostic failure

When attempting to run the Server Diagnostic Utility from SmartStart 7.20 on a DL380 G2, the file libtcinspect.so fails to load. Diagnostics fail to run and the screen shows a blank page, although the cursor follows mouse movements and the hourglass shows intermittently. Any idea whether there is a fix for this?

You don't have to perform a System erase.
This happens due to Corrupt IML logs
Clear the IML Logs, Eveything will work fine

You appear to be answering a different question. Since the server is booting from the SmartStart CD into Server Diagnostics, the IML logs are irrelevant.
