Smartstart 7.40 not finding array

When i use the Smartstart 7.40 cd it gets to the setup menu and says the following:

The primary controller configured in your system is not supported by this version of smartstart.

The array controller is:
Intel 82801FR SATA RAID Controller.

Anybody know how i get this working so i can build Windows 2000 onto the server?

ignore Smart start CD
use ROM utility from POST to Configure HDD
and Driver for win 2000 and F6
