Solaris 10 OS doesn't recognize HBA adapter

Hello, everyone, sorry for my English in advance.

I have the following problem, server HP DL 380 G5 has already installed and configured Solaris 10 OS, we need to plug HBA adapter in it. When I plug it (HP 82B 8Gb 2-port PCIe Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter) Solaris didn't see any FC adapters,

bash-3.00# luxadm probe

ERROR: No Fibre Channel Adapters found.

but hardware saw that PCI card is in use.

bash-3.00# prtdiag -v
System Configuration: HP ProLiant DL380 G5
BIOS Configuration: HP P56 08/03/2008
BMC Configuration: IPMI 2.0 (KCS: Keyboard Controller Style)

Can you suggest me additional drivers  for solaris, or does this card isn't compatible with this OS

Re: Solaris 10 OS doesn't recognize HBA adapter

Hi,

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01778902&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=&prodSeriesId=3662826&prodTypeId=12169

82B says it is supported on Solaris10.

But, the quickspecs:

http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12907_div/12907_div.HTML#Technical Specifications

says "N/A" on solaris for 82B. You can confirm the support on HP SPOCK.

As it's a Brocade HBA - you could check with Brocade and see if they have drivers for the card.
