Solaris Cannot Boot After Latest SPP

Hello,

After installing the latest posted SPP, my DL380 G7's fail to boot in single/multi-user.

SunOS Release 5.10 Version Generic_148889-04 64-bit
Copyright 1983, 2013, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
Cannot mount root on /pci@0,0/pci8086,3408@1/pci103c,3245@0/sd@0,0:afstype ufs

panic[cpu0]/thread=fffffffffbc29b40: vfs_mountroot: cannot mount root

fffffffffbc5e4f0 genunix:vfs_mountroot+2a2 ()
fffffffffbc5e530 genunix:main+11d ()
fffffffffbc5e540 unix:_start+9d ()

fail-safe works, but that's not much use.

Has anyone else hit this? This affected multiple systems and required a complete rebuild to fix. Seems to be a new bug in the SPP.

Thanks,

Tom
