Hi
I have this Error in the System Log of a Proliant 1600. The error message is: Component: Compaq NIC Management Agent Error: Unable to read "UINumber" from the registry. Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. Rebooting the server may correct this error. I made a Reboot of the system and the Error message still go on. Are there any ideas what I can do? Thank you

Which version of the agents do you have installed? Is this Windows 2000?
I would recommended installing at least Support Pack version 6.1 to resolve this. You can get this at:

I got the same Problem with a PL 2500 could you please tell me if the Problem was solved after installing the PSP 6.1 ?
