Sporadic High Latency with Smartarray

Hello,

I have 2 servers ProLiant ML350p Gen8 each with Smartarray P822 and 55 Drives installed internally and in 2 external boxes. OS is Windows2012 most recent patch level, SPP is on 2015/10. The problem is, that the application sporadically reports latency >10s (seconds! not miliseconds) on some RAID sets every couple of days, independent of the load. The disks are organized in RAID 5 groups of 5 or 9 disks, all with non.dedicated hot-spare. The normal latency is fine (av. 3-4ms, max 10ms). This is extremely annoying, as the application generates an error every time.

Anyone any idea? HP is not helpfull as iml and Smartarray dignostics don't report any errors, so for them all is fine.
