Stall on boot up (PLEASE HELP)

I have a compaq prolient 800 and i added a seagate archive python tape drive. It's installed on a seperate scsi card it works great BUT when the server restarts for any reason it stops and ask the user to press f1 to continue or f10 for systems utilities. What can i do about this?

Access to F10 and under settings: Press Ctrl + A Enable Advanced mode > System Configuration > System Settings > Accept > Review and Modify > Edit Details > find F1 Prompt and make Modification

I can't use f10 because i have the cd's for the server and none of the utilities are loaded on the server. Is there any thing else?

Re: Stall on boot up (PLEASE HELP)

Did you use Smart Start Cd or System Configuration Utility, when installed O/S ?

Re: Stall on boot up (PLEASE HELP)

I don't remember. It's running w2k3 web edition, i don't have the Smart Start Cd so it could have been the System Configuration Utility but like i said it doesn't have any utilties on there now.

Re: Stall on boot up (PLEASE HELP)

What is the message that is requiring you to hit F1? There has to be something causing the server to pause.
