how to stop SmartArray rescan service please help me.

Hi,

i don't think it can be stopped, it is function by design...
ARM and surface scan are so designed, to run, when there is no other activity and to not interrupt the normal work. Therefore there should be no need to stop it, and I think there is no such option.

I understand you too, but don't think you will be able to stop it, sorry...

You can change the rate at which it sleeps before it starts its scan. But I agree You should be able to schedule the scan
