Storage under System Management Homepage
I do not see my disk controllers under "Storage" in System Management Homepage.
Any suggestion how to have it there?
Thank you

Re: Storage under System Management Homepage
OS: Windows 2003 R2
HP System Management Homepage v2.1.15.210
I do not know how I can learn PSP version#? Under Add/Remove Programs, I do not see "Proliant Support Pack".
Under "Settings" in SMH, I see "SNMP Webagent" and "System Management Homepage" which includes "Credits" and "Security"
SNMP is working OK on the server as I can retrieve info with our monitoring tool.
What I cannot do is to get info related to disk array and I thought first I need to see array controller under SMH.

Re: Storage under System Management Homepage
Agents is running as a service.
You can add/remove agents from the control panel.
There's a tool for the insight manager agents.

Re: Storage under System Management Homepage
Sorry for the late reply.
If you haven't got the issue resloved.
In the control panel, under management agents. under services.
All agents, but clustering info and rack info, should be in the active agents list.
In services check that all services, wich os set to start automaticly, is running
If these things is OK:
Then you could try reboot the server
If that doesn't fix it, then re-install the agents.
