Storport Blue Screen Trap on ML370 G4 Windows 2k3 std after PSP 8.10
The Proliant ML370 G4 have a Blue Screen Trap while executing backup with backup exec 10d. After 5 minutes of backup, it gives me a storport blue screen error and he reboot.
ILO LOG :
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000060, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF72ED07B))
Part of windbg:
Bugcheck Analysis
BugCheck D1, {60, 2, 0, f72ed07b}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Ntfs.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for storport.sys
Probably caused by : storport.sys ( storport!RaUnitFlushQueueSrb+45 )
Followup: MachineOwner
I think PSP replace some driver files. Am I Wrong ? Can I only update the storport file ?
Can you help me to find solutions ?
Thanks a lot,
R

Re: Storport Blue Screen Trap on ML370 G4 Windows 2k3 std after PSP 8.10
Thank you for your quick response.
In fact, I already read these pages. I already try to install a service pack from microsoft. I had a blue screen with the folowing error : PROCESS1_INITIALISATION_FAILED. impossible to reboot, even in safe mode or Command Line.
To resolve this blue screen problem I have uninstalled the service pack using a batch command in command line interface in rescue mode, booting from a windows 2003 std CDROM.
In abstract, i cant solve my problem using the way you show me because I can't install a microsoft service pack on this server.
Can I replace the storport.sys from the 5.2.3790.3959 version file i found in another server without killing one more time the OS ?
Thanks for your aswers
