Stuck on "Finalizing Your Settings"

Hi,

I am having difficulties capturing an image on a  HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen9 servers we have recently purchased.

I am using WDS to capture the image. The image seems to capture OK,  with no errors during the process, but when the server reboots, it gets as far as "Finalizing your settings", and goes no further.

I have had this issue on two different servers of the same model. I have checked that there are no unnecessary USB devices connected.

Any advice would be appreciated.
