SuSE 9.3 on ML310

hello folks,
i have a Proliant Server ML310 and it works well with suse 9.1. now i must update to suse 9.3. on installation screen i get now a message that kernel 2.6 doesn not work propper with the ultra ata 100 raid controller with 2 80 GB as raid 1. 9.1 is also kernel 2.6 but it works fine and when i installed the system it does't gripe. has anybody some experience with this constellation?
