Support Paq 8.0 doesn't finish discovery

I tried to install the 8.0 PSP the other night on a BL460c G1. It got to step two which is the discovery and inventory. It ran for about 20 minutes. It didn't stop or error out it just never finished. I had to stop the install and reboot the system because I was going outside my window. I've looked around on the forums and Google but nobody else seems to have had the same problem. It might be that I'm searching for the wrong thing but I don't know what I should be searching for. Any ideas on what might be causing this to happen? Does 20 minutes seem excessive or am I being impatient?

hi Dwayne

when you extract PSP there is a file extension .cmd it's a batch file it's the only one

just double click and let it run,if issue persist try PSP 8.1 too
