Support Windows NT 4.0 on DL360G4p

We have stumbled on the problem that server DL360G4p does not support Windows NT 4.0
May be somebody knows the way that can solve our problem. Can the installation of old BIOS help us ??? Or these all attempts have no sence ...

Oleg,
I think there is no way to install NT4 on G4 servers.
Possible solution - install windows 2003 + MS Virtual server (or VMWare) and NT4 as guest machine
