Surveyor.exe Application Error

When I reboot our server I am getting the following error message:

Surveyor.exe application error
The instruction at "0x0049ba4" referenced memory at "0x1004fffc". The memory could not be "read".

It seems that Surveyor is a Compaq application. What do I need to do?

HI, yes its part of the survey utility and it is recommended to update the Compaq support pack for the latest driver on that server. Hope this help.
