Switching to w2008 on dl360 g5

I have a dl360 G5 that was originally built for Linux. I replaced the OS with Windows 2008. When I try to update the firmware, the SUM is only picking up the Linux version of the firmware. How can I fix the server to pick up the windows firmware updates? Thanks!
