Sysprep of Compaq DL360 G3 to DL360 G4

We tryed to sysprep windows 2003 from a config on a DL360 G3 to a DL360 G4 it gives a bleu screen. Is there a way to work around an use the sysprep method to deploy from G3 to G4 server's
