I have received an system event viewer log on my Proliant ML 370 G3 running on Windows 2000 Server SP4, see details below

2. Update system ROM
3. Clear NVRAM
4. Mark all repaired from IML

if you swap memory three times
You might have to swap system board once more
hard to believe, but you can try to swap HDD from one ML370 G3 to Second temporarily, just in case if something with Software

Not using memory intended for this specific server that was sold my HP (or on HP's behalf) may invite such problems.
