How does one reset the password for the system management home page logon? The user drop down only allows for a selection of 'administrator', 'operator', and 'user'. Where are these accounts admin'd?

The agents have these 3 built-in accounts with their own passwords held locally. You have 2 primary options:

Use the ProLiant Support Pack and pre-configure the passwords before applying and it will reset them (check the overwrite box), or;

Copy the file CPQHMMD.ACL from a server with a known password.
