System Management HomePage Problems!!!!

Hi all,

I am first time using HP Server (Two ML350 G5), so before make it using on product environment, I make test of the tools that HP provide, but have problems!

First time I install the Windows Server 2003 R2 by SmartStart CD 7.91, and partition the C: D:

And then I reinstall again by same CD, later I discovered that SmartStart will DEL all the PARTITION on my HDD, and then repartition ... it is not the result what I want to if some day I need reinstall Windows ..

So, Then I using Manual install the OS, it work.

But after install the PSP (Using Custom way to install, before install, I manual the SNMP by Windows CD, since the PSP said that need SNMP ..) on the SmartStart CD, while I open I.E. and login, it is very different ...

It just show me "Version Control" of the right tab, other like "NIC", Operating System" etc will no choose.

I have two Server, so I know the Different, please see the attached Image.

Thank you.

Re: System Management HomePage Problems!!!!

On the first server go to "Services" and edit the SNMP Service. Add under "security" public (read/write) and "private" (read create). Then restart the insight agents (or just reboot the server), that should fix the issue.
