System Management Homepage Password Reset

I have a ML370 G3 with Windows 2003. Unforunately the password to the System Management homepage has been lost. Can I over install the agents or is there another method to reset the password?

Fixed it.

Replace the CPQHMMD.ACL file with one from a server with a known system management password.
