Hi,
We have been happy to work with the server for a long time. But as a result of the fan failure that I experienced yesterday. The system became impractical as a result of a few operations.
I will share the latest status of the server and look forward to your suggestion.
I can not access the system except for iLO 4. only green blinks on the power button.
In the meantime I saw that there was no System and backup ROM on the system. Can I install System ROM with iLO 4? What should I upload attention to when loading?
Server model: DL380p Gen8
Best regards,
Ibrahim

For last firmware version -> 2018.01.22(2 Mar 2018)
You need to do download exe file -cp034953 and extract this file. find the CPQ7013.436
Will be necessary file this file CPQ7013.436 (normally *.flash) to ILO recognize and updae
ILO 4 -> Firmware-> Browse filte ->CPQ7013.436

Re: System ROM via iLO 4 upload.
Hi FabioC1,
Thank you for writing. I did this process. But the result is not positive. The files on the ilo 4 screen do not appear. I restart the server the green on the power button continues to flash. I first turn on the orange and then turn on the machine, blinking green.
Regards,

SolutionHi,
Sometimes I have to think rather than think very professionally for problem solutions :). First, I removed the battery on the motherboard. In that case I opened the server. Then I turned server off, replaced the battery, and turned it back on. no problem. I'm now reviewing the logs but I have not seen anything so far.
Thanks (https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1531802)
Good success with HPE.
