System Time too fast on HP DL580 servers

Hello Everybody

I have two DL 580 G4 servers running RHEL4 AS 64 bits. They are connected to
two fiber channel switches and the two switches are connected to two MSA1000
I set up a high availability cluster with HP Service guard A.11.16
My problem is that the time moves too fast on the two systems.
When i set the correct time on the servers after six hours there is a
difference of 5 hours between the time on the servers and the real time.
I tried to set the time in the BIOS and from the OS it couldnt help.
I am not using NTP and dont want to use it since this would just be
a temporary fix.
Could you please help me. Thanks
