System board problem

HP Proliant ML350,OS : Red hat Linux 7.03, RAID 5 with 3 HDD,Total RAM :4GB (1024 * 4),Smart array 642 is used.

1.During Linux booting the error observed is â You probably have a hardware problem with your RAM chipsâ scsi0 : Adaptec AIC7XXX EISA/VLB/PCI SCSI HBA DRIVER, Rev 6.2.5aic7899: Ultra160 Wide Channel A, SCSI Id=7, 32/253 SCBs scsi1 : Adaptec AIC7XXX EISA/VLB/PCI SCSI HBA DRIVER, Rev 6.2.5 aic7899: Ultra160 Wide Channel B, SCSI Id=7, 32/253 SCBs scsi0: PCI error Interrupt at seqaddr = 0x44 scsi0: Data Parity Error Detected during address or write data phase scsi1: PCI error Interrupt at seqaddr = 0x44 scsi1: Data Parity Error Detected during address or write data phaseâ

2.Since Smart array 642 is being used, I disabled onboard SCSI controller and no error observed during Linux booting process.
