System led error

Today in the morning, ML350 G5 cannot start and bring two led in red (internal and external health are blinking in red). Power is in green. One led in the board are amber (near second VRM).

When switch on, fans are on by two seconds and bring off with system led indicated.

I open a case in HP but don´t know fault

Hi,

I have seen this before and if you only have one PSU installed it is caused by the PSU. Have HP replace the Hot-Plug Power Supply Unit- HP Spare part number is 403781-001 - 1000 Watt.

It might be worth investing in a second PSU if this proves to be the root cause.
