System management home page not showing "External Storage Connections"

I have several ProLiant servers that have Emulex HBAs installed. In some cases, in the SMH, there is a heading under storage called External Storage connections. In there I can view all the data on my HBAs.
On the rest of the servers there is no External Storage connections option listed.
I need to access that data from the SMH. What do I need to make the External Storage Connections visible on the servers that are currently not showing that option?
All servers are running 2003 Server with the latest PSP installed.

Hi Chris,

The issue might be because of the Storage Agents, Did you try reinstalling the Storage Agents of those other servers, and secondly are those servers able to view the External Storage device via the ACU (if u have Smart Array external storage). What is the version of PSP you are using is it 7.9??

Hello,
We got the same problem for some servers.
The PSP installed are different ones (7.70, 7.91, 8.10) and same problem.
Any idea to help?
