Téléchargement Service Pack for Proliant

En tant que Silver Services\Server Specialist, nous n'avons pas la possibilité de télécharger le Service Pack for Proliant, pour pouvoir intervenir chez nos clients pour qui nous avons acheter des produits de la game HP Proliant.

Comment faire pour pouvoir y avoir accès ?

My Enterprise Silver Services\Server Specialist, we don't have a possibility to download the Service Pack for Proliant, we need it for help clients for upgrading his servers.

We are reseller of HP Proliant.

How can we download the SPP ? We have a message :

A delivery authorization covering HP Proliant servers must be linked to your HP Support Center profile to access this application.

How i can have this authorization ?
