TSSHUTDN causes ASR

HELP! We are intermittently having a problem where we issue the command TSSHUTDN 0 /reboot /delay:0 to our Windows 2000 Terminal Servers running Metaframe 1.8, and it causes an ASR event which causes the server to take forever to reboot. Any ideas what is causing this?

go into your f10 and disable ASR's software options..this might help
