TX IP Checksum offload keeps re-enabling itself
On many of our HP Proliant servers, all running Server 2003, we have the NICs teamed up. And in the properties of the NIC Team, we uncheck the "TX IP Checksum offload", because it causes data loss and doesn't work properly with our Cisco equipment. However, we are finding that either when we do restart the server during our update time(perhaps other times as well, not sure exactly when this happens), or otherwise, this option reverts back to being enabled. We would like to find out how we can permanently disable it. I see a button that says to reset to default, the default being enabled...perhaps I can change the default, but I do not know how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
