Teaming NC3131: Fatal Error..

Hello all,

I'm trying to create 2 Team's with 4 NC3131 Fast Ethernet Nic's.
System: Ml370, NT4-Server, SP6a, latest IntelNic-Drivers.
Building the 1st Team works fine, trying to build the 2nd team
doesn't work, after Reboot Ipconfig states:
"Fatal Error: inconsistent registry settings".

Does anyone have an experience with that problem,
maybe having a step by step install routine..?
