Teaming Nic Cards

I am trying to Team the on-board Nic with a Netelligent 10/100 PCI Card. Each card is working separately but they do not display together in the Teaming Software. The on-board displays using the Compaq Network icon and the new card displays using the Compaq Net icon.

This is because these NICs use different chipsets and can't be teamed together in any way.
