Telling motherboards apart

Hello every one.

 

got a bit of a problem, im new ish to the dl380 g3 & i would like to know a way to tell each of the motherboards apart.

 

i know there is a 400 mhz, 533mhz & a 800 mhz version, but they all look the same, any help will be awesome

hi,

 

i'm not sure,  if i understood correctly your question, but if you are trying to find out , if you systemboard support 533Mhz , you can check the spare part number of the systemboard.

 

There are only two options.

 

289554-001  2.80 & 2.40 GHz / 400 MHz FSB System board, with processor cages and system battery

 

314670-001  3.20, 3.06 & 2.80 GHz / 533 MHz FSB System board, with processor cages and system battery
