A 'Temperature Status Degraded' trap signifies that the system's temperature is outside of normal operating range. The Thermal Degraded Action parameter shows whether the system will shutdown or continue operating.

45 C is 113 F
Unless the thermometer in your G6 has failed and the room temperature is really 25 C (77 F), your server is being damaged and will eventually fail (along with other equipment in the same room).

Thank you for your help my sir , but my server room is air conditioning (17 C) and my HP server detect an overheat in ambiant location ( See the Following Messages )

You need to check your server fans. If the fans are not running or running very slowly, turn off the server immediately. Normally the server will turn itself off when it gets too hot.
There is also a possibility that the temperarure sensors are defective. You'll need to contact service.
