45 C is 113 F

Unless the thermometer in your G6 has failed and the room temperature is really 25 C (77 F), your server is being damaged and will eventually fail (along with other equipment in the same room).

You need to check your server fans. If the fans are not running or running very slowly, turn off the server immediately. Normally the server will turn itself off when it gets too hot.

There is also a possibility that the temperarure  sensors are defective. You'll need to contact service.

Re: Temperature Status Degraded with the reboot of my HP ml 350 g6 server

There are several but are not replaceable. Also, there are several locations for sennsors. You will need HPE service to diagnose the problem and replace the right board.
