The RIBCL subscription has failed.
We had a mainbord replaced in a server this week due to an issue with the embedded flash. Now I cannot get it to register properly with Insight Remote Support. It discovers the server, but I see the following error:
- Protocol: iLO Remote Insight Board Command Language Protocol (RIBCL)
- Service: SUBSCRIPTION
- Type: SUBSCRIPTION
- Status: FAILURE
- Description: The RIBCL subscription to servername has failed.
- Detailed: 1. Check that the connectivity check has passed. Without connectivity, subscriptions will not succeed.
2. Check that the credentials are still valid.

The iLO on the server itself says Remote Support Error, when clicking on that I see the following error:
Data Package validation failed: Please retry your last step. If error persists and device is currently registered, unregister and re-register device.
I've deleted the device from IRS and discovered multiple times. I've also manually unregistered and re-regsitered from iLO and keep running into this same issue.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Re: The RIBCL subscription has failed.
Server serial number is valid. Credentials are stored in IRS and work for the other 14 servers I'm monitoring. I can also use them to log into the iLO on that server no problem.
