The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e - [ProLiant DL380 Gen10]

I use the ProLiant DL380 Gen10 , The Server restart 2 time in 2 week.

In system log show as below : 

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff801cddce963, 0xffffd000b36ee058, 0xffffd000b36ed870).

Could you please help to solve the issue.
