Re: The mother of all support alerts

Apparently either one of 2 things have happened...

1. HP is covering themselves for those people whom are neurotic at times.

or

2. HP has already received several calls and are responding to the neurotic people.

For those of you who have taken offense... I am truely sorry and did not mean to personally attack you in any manner what-so-ever. Please forgive me. ;o)

Re: The mother of all support alerts

I must not be getting the point. Seems like a straight forward bulletin.

I read all these religiously. Thanks to those from HP (and others) who respond with in depths answers. You're my kind of people.

Today had been a drag until this. I suggest that a pair of sunglasses be offered as a workaround. April 1st came two months early.

Re: The mother of all support alerts

HP is an "engineering company", so when the engineering changes, they change their documentation. I guess it was a big deal to HP in using a brighter LED than usual. I for one am glad that they issue customer advisories ... although this one is pretty silly.
Enjoy!
