The power button, UID button and health system LEDs are off
Hi I have an HP proliant ml350 gen9 server that won't turn on. The power supply LED is solid green (not flashing). However the power button, UID button and health system LEDs are off.
The problem arose from an electric shock. After the download, the server was on standby. We have reviewed the board and at first glance there are no signs of involvement.
Do you know if the server activates any protection system?

Re: The power button, UID button and health system LEDs are off
Hello,
I don't see any information if server activates some sort of protection system because of electric shock neither in Service & Maintenance Guide nor in User Guide.
Here are link to access the server maintenance guide & user guide:
Service & Maintenance Guide: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04431230
User Guide: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04431235
Please check the Important Safety Information Before Servicing the Server from this document : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c03328588&docLocale=en_US
Hope it helps!
