Timer Failure

We have a Proliant 800 series system in our office. Recently the power supply failed on us. After replacing the Power Supply the system runs fine except when we first boot it gives us the following error - 104-ASR Timer Failure - F1 to continue F10 System Configuration. We have run through the system config, everything looks fine and we have not found any reason for the error. Any suggestions?

clear your NVRAM..somthing is locking up and causing a false error to be generated
