Triple DES NC3123 NIC's

Triple DES NC3123 NIC's

I cannot get my NT installation to recognise these cards - I assumed they were standard NC3123's yet they have a "Triple DES" sticker on them. The embedded NC3163 works fine, and I can can see the PCI NIC's in the system set-up but NT refuses to see them. NT is at Sp#4 and I have installed the latest driver for the cards, 6.20.x.

Any ideas would be appreciated

I posted a request to Compaq who worked out from the part # I gave them that the NIC's were actually Intel Pro 10/100 + IPSec cards, masquerading as NC3123's. They are only designed for use within specific workstations. That supplier's gonna get it...
