Trouble Installing PGP Universal on DL360
PGP Universal is based on Red Hat Linux 2.4.20. The bootable installer automatically installs PGP Universal Server but it does not recognize the Smart Array 6i controller which we need to use for setting up RAID. Any ideas or anyone have this experience? Thanks in advance.

Re: Trouble Installing PGP Universal on DL360
Hi
You need a driver disk for the installation only then you will be able to see the disks. The driver can be downloaded from the HP website

Re: Trouble Installing PGP Universal on DL360
Thanks for your prompt reply. Problem is I cannot find a Smart Array 6i Linux driver that supports kernel 2.4.20-30pgp. Also, I am a newbie with regard to RedHat so I'm unsure how to install the driver since PGP Universal boot installer just does everything in one fell swoop. Thanks again.

Re: Trouble Installing PGP Universal on DL360
Hi
The driver can be found on this url
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22020.html
This might not be for the exact version but this will work on the OS you are looking for. We have RedHat AS 2.1 and AS 3.0 we spoke to HP about this and they said that the Enterprise is same as the AS so this should work for you.
Hope this helps
