Trouble NIC and browse Network Neightborhood

Dear everybody, i have problem with the NIC. my ML370 won't detect the Intel card but it can detect the compaq NC3163 card. So how should i do to detect the Intel card..??
another problem is i use just TCP/IP for Microsoft network protocol but now i cann't browse Network Neightborhood, not just like before the system work properly because my Nt server has been trouble before.. and now the Nt is Up after i upgrade but it wont detect the intel card.. and there are no gateway on network properties in TCP/IP properties, I hope u guys can help me..
