Trunking 3122 Dual NIC
Trying to find so help on configuring the 3122 DUAL 10/100 NIC to trunk. I have been able to configure it for Fault Tolerant, but not Load balancing.

If you are using SP13944.EXE to install the drivers.
The Compaq Network ICON in Control Panel will allow you to team. If you select the "Team" and then "Properties", you can change it to Load Balancing and then select "ALB" or "FEC".
