UPS R3000XR
Very big client has 10 of there UPSs and when power fails and the generator kicks in, the UPSs continue on battery. Only when power is restored from the mains does the UPSs come back online. Generator has been verified to be OK. Client has older Compaq 3000va UPSs and they have no problem... This is getting to be serious as customer is claiming he will not buy any more compaq products... Does anybody know how and if there is a generator sensitivity adjustment ??? HELP

Re: UPS R3000XR
Hi
Are the Compaq Power Agents installed on the servers ?
Are there any errors in event viewer regarding UPS ? Maybe check that the power supply phase is not inverted
